Throughout the last two decades Service Design has developed an impressive and impactful expertise for the design of service systems – using a holistic and humanistic approach that builds on the journeys of users through systems, working in a creative and co-creative way, applying specific design skills to innovate immaterial systems and to prototype and test innovations in a cost- and time saving way – for the better of providers and users.
Birgit Mager will give insights in how Service Design approaches the innovation of user experiences within services systems and she will provide clear guidelines for the integration of Service Design into organizations.
